Post name : Senior Treatment Supervisor (STS)
Essential Qualification :
- Bachelor's Degree OR Recognized sanitary inspector's course
- Certificate course in computer operation (minimum 2 months)
- Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheeler
Preferential
- Tuberculosis health visitor's recognized course. Govt. recognized degree/ diploma in Social work or Medical Social work
- Successful completion of basic training course (Govt. recognized) for Multi-purpose health workers.
Salary : 15000/- per months

Essential Qualification
Master or Bachelor degree with Social Work/Psychology /Social Science. 1-2 year's experience in public health, preferable in counselling.. Good understanding of issues faced by young people / adolescents. - Excellent interpersonal communication skill; capable of maintaining privacy and confidentiality; open compassionate and willing to listen and engage young people; and is non-judgmental with a progressive attitude.
Can demonstrate a clear understanding of laws, policies and procedures pertaining to informed consent and confidentiality, contraceptive services, abortion, STI / HIV testing and treatment, substance abuse treatment, management of mental health and sexual abuse/domestic violence cases etc. Fluence in local languages- both writing and speaking. Good data management skills. - Basic computer skill, especially those related to MS Office.
