Job information


1) A/c Assistant - Female preferred


• B. Com with 3 to 5 years of experience

• Knowledge of Tally is mandatory

• Making Purchase and Sales entry in Tally

• Prepare Invoice, E-Way Bill etc

• Maintaining ledger, voucher 

• Cash and Bank Reconciliation, 

• Prepare Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet

• Help in Statutory Audit, 

• Conduct & Reconcile Stock Audit, 

• Prepare Monthly Payroll, 

• Payment of taxes related to office and staff,

Experience in Manufacturing unit will be most relevant.



2) HR Executive / Sr. Executive


- MSW / MHRM / MBA-HR 2 to 4 years of experience

- Recruitment and Induction of new employees

- Maintain HR records of all employees

- Preparing Payroll for all employees

- Undertake xxxnxxx69 formalities for PT, PF, ESIC etc

- Ensure proper functioning of Front Office, Post, Courier, Telephone and other communication tools

- Ensure all facilities and equipment in office are well - maintained

- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained and strictly followed in office

- Maintain office stationery, marketing material etc
