Key Responsibilities:
* Streamline knowledge management systems and ensure timely, quality documentation of activities, reports, and learnings.
* Support in creating concept notes, surveys, and action research to highlight organizational impact.
* Collaborate with the Communications team to generate engaging content like change stories and annual reports.
* Enhance team documentation skills and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Must-Haves:
* A drive to build collaborative relationships and co-create establish goals, transform problems, enhance outcomes for results.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication (written, oral and presentation) and strong editorial skills.
* Fluency in the Gujarati language & working knowledge of English and Hindi.
* Proficiency in data management software and tools. (e.g. MS Excel, database systems).
